A company of highly skilled and dedicated professionals whose Directors collectively have in excess of 150 years experience in the building industry and whose Site Agents have all achieved the SMSTS Site Management Course along with First Aid and Asbestos awareness training.
Our scope of work:
We cover all aspects of refurbishment to all types of buildings including Listed Buildings, Fast Track fit-outs, Design and Build, and New Build. We work to a Quality Assurance System which is compliant to ISO 9000 and its over-riding goal is to deliver a quality product to its clients. All projects benefit from the personal involvement of at least one Director from start to finish.
Larger projects :
These require a number of specialised professionals to work together. We recognise we play an integral part of that team and are dedicated to adding value for the success of the project. We believe our ability to develop creative solutions proficiently sets us apart from our competitors.
From tender stage onwards our commitment to Health & Safety is evident in our Quality Assurance system. Throughout the pre-contract and contract stages our continued development of our system including regular site audits by an independent Safety Officer ensures a safe working environment.
