Project Description:

Refurbishment of 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 6th Floor Office, Common parts, Reception and Lift with Tenants in occupation

The works involved substantial repair to existing Air Conditioning.

The replacement of Power Lighting and alterations to the existing Sprinkler system.

Other works included the installation of a metal panel concealed grid ceiling, repairs to the fibrous plaster perimeter and central lighting features, re-decorations, replacement joinery and new carpets.

The Toilets were stripped out and new services and sanitary ware was installed. A glass vanity top, cubicles and laminate panels were provided.

The Reception included the removal of old marble cladding refinished walls, new ceilings, decoration and tiling.

Provision of reception desk, and replace finishes within the Lifts.
