A fast track end of lease dilapidation project consisting of stripping out all tenant installed power, data and furniture with repairs and decorations to all previously painted surfaces throughout the four storey office building.

To service, overhaul and repair all Selectaglaze secondary glazing. To relamp and replace defective electrical fittings and to service and overhaul heating and hot water system providing a gas safe certificate. On completion a deep clean to all areas including a shampoo vacuum to all carpets.
