Project Description:

Redevelopment of mid terrace mews houses into residential units with off street parking.

The existing Mews House was demolished whilst the adjoining properties were retained by means of specifically designed flying shores.

New foundations were excavated to enable the installation of pad stones with balanced ground beams which supported the new steel frame.

The completed project comprised of a steel framed building with timber joisted floors and roof. The external façade was constructed with facing brick elevations incorporating timber windows and an asphalt covered roof with natural slate mansards and lead lined dormers.
